Our flowers are grown in a community network of licensed growers following the organic standards of the Clean Green Program. All products are lab-tested. Legally speaking, cannabis cannot be called "organic" just yet. Federal law is still catching up with the green revolution and does not yet allow the USDA organic label for cannabis as a legitimate crop nation-wide. Until the organic label becomes available, HAPPY KIND is following the guidelines of the Clean Green Program for naturally grown cannabis to ensure high quality standards for safe medicine. We do not use chemical pesticides, fungicides or other harmful substances. Our intention is to share Mother Earth's bounty and happy vibes in a responsible manner. HAPPY KIND master strain plants receive natural fertilizer and are grown outside under the California sun.
