What is GreenRush?
GreenRush is a medical-cannabis-delivery marketplace that connects patients with dispensaries.
Can I order cannabis if I don't have a doctor's recommendation?

How do I create an account?

How long is the verification process?
In most cases the verification process is immediate, but there are some instances that take a little more time. If additional information is required, someone from our customer service team will contact you.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Patient information is stored in a HIPAA compliant database.
How much cannabis can I order at a time?
You may only order up to 28 grams / 1 ounce, at a single time.
How old do I have to be to sign up for GreenRush?
You must be at least 18 years old with a doctor's recommendation for medicinal cannabis
Do you accept health insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not accept health insurance at this time.
If I lost or I don't have a state issued ID, can I use my passport?
Yes. Upload one of the required proof of residency documents along with a scan of your passport
What documents are acceptable for proof of residency?
1. DMV Registrations
2. Electricity, gas, or cable bill from the last 3 months

Do you accept credit or debit cards?
All transactions are cash only.
Can I receive a delivery anywhere?
Yes, as long as the person that placed the order is present to accept the delivery within the State that the patient is registered.
Where do you deliver?
Our proprietary search technology will display businesses that deliver to your area. If we are not in your area, please sign up and we will notify you as soon as our service is available.
Do I need to tip my delivery person?
No. Tipping is always appreciated, but is not mandatory.
I have a promo code, where do I enter it?
Promo codes are redeemed at checkout. You will be able to enter a code and apply it before confirming the order.
