  • I want to drive for you guys. What do I do?

    greenrush doesn’t manage its own fleet of drivers, but we encourage you to apply to our partner dispensaries through the Become a Driver page. Our partners are constantly expanding their businesses, and are always looking for hardworking drivers to join their fleets.
  • What’s the deal with Invite a Bud?

    Invite a Bud is our way of rewarding you when you bring your buds along for the ride. It’s pretty simple: Head to the Invite a Bud page and send your bud $80 in free greenrush credit to prompt them to sign up. Once they’ve done so, and have ordered their first delivery, you’ll be rewarded with 10 credits that can be redeemed against any future orders you make. There is no cap, and you will be rewarded every time somebody signs up due to your recommendation.

  • Does greenrush ship?

    greenrush.com does not ship any products offered on the website and advises against it. All products availabe for purchase on greenrush can delivered or picked-up at a dispensary based on their location. Shipping cannabis products is illegal.

Account Info

  • How do I create a greenrush account?

    It’s easy. Simply click Sign up to get the ball rolling. You need to be a member of greenrush before you can order.
  • What information do I need to provide in order to sign up?

    We don’t need much. You can create an account with just your name, phone number, and email address. You will be required to submit some a password to complete account creation. We suggest you make this something memorable to make it easy to login again.

    To place an order you will need to submit a valid photo Id to fulfill the legal proof of age verification requirements for cannabis ordering.

    For medical orders, we also need you to submit a photo copy of your medical marijuana card/doctor’s recommendation. thsi also applies to any State issued medical marijuana reccomendations and cards. Please note that the requirements and restrictions for medical cannabis vary by state. All photo Id submissions can be in the form of a photograph taken by your smartphone, so you don’t even have to leave the house. If you don’t have an MMJ card, get one here for $39.
  • What does greenrush do with my information after I’ve signed up?

    We keep your personal information safe and secure through encrypted software. We will only use the information you provide us for verification requirements and to improve your ordering and delivery experience - we have to know where to send your orders, after all. We may from time to time use your email address to inform you of special promotions and events at greenrush. We promise that this will only be important and interesting stuff you’ll want to hear about anyway.
  • How long does the verification process take?

    No time at all. The verification process is very simple and new verification are processed instantaneously. Please note, however, that in some circumstances it can take a tiny bit longer. Our Customer Care Team will contact you should any additional information be required.
  • What documents are valid as proof of residence?

    We generally accept the following document types:

    - State Drivers License or Identification Card
    - Government Issues Passport
    - Military ID with D.O.B.
    - Government Issued Firearms Owners Photo ID Card

    All documents provided for verification must be clear and valid. Please note that 'selfie' photos will not be accepted for verification.
    If you can’t provide one of those documents as a proof of residence, please contact our Customer Care Team for further support.
  • How old do I need to be to sign up to greenrush?

    You must be at least 18 years of age to create a greenrush account.
  • I’ve forgotten my login details. What do I do?

    We’ve got your back. If you’ve forgotten your password, just hit the Forgot Password? button and set up a new one. If you’ve forgotten your username, get in touch with us and we’ll figure it out together. Insider tip: It’s probably the email address you use for everything…

Medical Marijuana

  • Can I order cannabis without a doctor’s recommendation?

    Yes, though not all areas in the greenrush market allow recreational sales. Check your local laws and keep an eye out for recreational dispensaries on greenrush!
    For medical cannabis, only patients with a medical marijuana card or an official doctor’s recommendation are authorized to place orders. Get your Medical Marijuana ID card, for as little as $39, here.
  • Can you guys help me get a medical marijuana card?

    Yes, we’d love to. Just head to our MMJ Card page and apply for a card online. We will connect you with a doctor and work to get you certified, and expedite your verification for only $39.
  • What do I need to get an MMJ card through greenrush?

    To get your medical marijuana card through us, all you need to do is sign up, provide some basic information about your medical history and submit a photo of your official state ID or driving license. You also need a device with which you can connect to one of our doctors over a video call and about 20-30 minutes of free time.
  • I already have an MMJ card. Can I use that or does it need to be one prescribed by greenrush?

    We accept any official medical marijuana card that is legally recognized in your state.
    We don’t prescribe MMJ cards, we just connect you with a state practitioner who will consult you just like your regular doctor. The card you will receive is a standard California state medical marijuana card, just like any other.

Ordering

  • Is there an additional fee to pay with a credit card?

    Yes, there is a $7.50 processing fee when paying with a credit card or debit card.
  • Once registered, how much cannabis can I order?

    You are allowed to order up to 28 grams of cannabis or concentrate (1 ounce) at a time. Patients with State issued medical marijuana reccomendations may be allowed to purchase more based on the State. Please note that these regulations also include CBD products.
  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    Cash, debit card, and/or credit card. Some dispensaries only accept cash, so please check before placing an order if you only have a credit/debit card. All payments are processed at the time of delivery.
  • How do I redeem a promo code?

    Promo codes must be redeemed, online, at the checkout. You will be asked to enter your promo code before you confirm your order. Only one promo code can be used at a time. Promo codes and credits can not be used in combination on a single order.
  • Can transactions be covered by health insurance?

    Unfortunately, health insurance is not accepted at this time.
  • Where does greenrush deliver?

    greenrush’s proprietary search technology displays dispensaries that deliver in your area. If there is no dispensary in your area, please sign up and we will notify you as soon as this changes.
  • Who must be present to accept the delivery?

    The account owner must be present to accept the delivery in person. Customers with disabilities or special circumstances are advised to contact our Customer Care Team for any delivery exception request.
  • Why isn’t my favorite dispensary listed?

    We are constantly growing our network of dispensaries and adding new dispensaries in several locations each week. If your favorite dispensary isn’t currently on the greenrush platform, we are sure they will be soon. Keep checking back regularly to keep track as we continue to expand our coverage area.
  • How can I check on the status of my order?

    If your cannabis delivery doesn’t arrive within the timeframe you were promised, we encourage your to contact the dispensary processing the order by opening My Orders from within your account and then clicking 'Message Dispensary'. You may also reach out to our Customer Care Team by typing into the contact us window at the bottom right-corner of this page. Please have your order number ready when contacting our Customer Care Team for faster assistance.
  • Should I tip my delivery person?

    As always, tipping is not mandatory. It’s just something nice people do.
  • I was delivered the wrong order. What do I do?

    If there is an issue with your order, you can contact the dispensary processing the order by opening My Orders from within your account and then clicking 'Message Dispensary'. Any items that require return will need to be in their original packaging. If the dispensary does not reply within 20-30 minutes you may also contact our Customer Care Team through the contact us window at the bottom right-corner of this page. Please have your order number ready when contacting our Customer Care Team for faster assistance.
  • I placed the wrong order. Can I amend my delivery?

    If you’ve noticed there's an error on your order, you can contact the dispensary processing the order by opening My Orders from within your account and then clicking 'Message Dispensary'. If the dispensary does not reply within 20-30 minutes you may also contact our Customer Care Team through the contact us window at the bottom right-corner of this page. Please have your order number ready when contacting our Customer Care Team for faster assistance.
  • What is the difference between medical and recreational cannabis?

    'Recreational' and 'Medical' cannabis refers to the type of consumer purchasing the cannabis. Any users over 21 years of age without a medical marijauna recommendation are considered 'Recreational' cannabis consumers. Consumers with medical marijuana recommendations are considered 'Medicinal' cannabis consumers.
  • What is the difference between sativa and indica cannabis?

    'Sativa' and 'Indica' refers to the 2 types of strains of cannabis. Indica strains generally provide a sense of deep body relaxation or a 'body high'. Sativa strains tend to provide a more energizing experience or a 'head high'.
  • How do I apply my credits to my order?

    greenrush Credits must be redeemed, online, at the checkout. You have the option of using up to 10 credits on an order. Any unused credits will reamain on your account for your next greenrush order. Promo codes and credits can not be used in combination on a single order.
